Gold House Parent Agrees to Acquire Canadian Money Services Firm
The proposed deal would support plans to expand fiat-to-crypto services and cross-border payments.

Gold House’s parent has signed an agreement to acquire THREESTONES VENTURES LTD., a Canadian money services business, as the Web3 platform works to expand its fiat-to-crypto and cross-border payment capabilities.
Gold House combines social networking, digital asset management and payment functions. After the deal closes, it plans to use THREESTONES’ regulatory registrations and operating capabilities to explore digital-asset payments, merchant services and cross-border settlement.
Those plans are subject to applicable requirements. The proposed acquisition is entering the next stages of the process.
