Nokia’s board approved a €0.03-per-share dividend on Oct. 22, setting a Nov. 5 payment date and making it the third distribution under the company’s fiscal 2025 payout authorization.

The authorization allows distributions of up to €0.14 per share. Nokia’s first two 2026 installments were €0.04 per share each. With the newly approved payment, up to €0.03 per share remains under the authorization.

NYSE-listed Nokia shares go ex-dividend on Oct. 26, with the record date falling Oct. 27. Payment timing outside Finland may vary based on intermediary banks.

Nokia’s third-quarter net sales were €5.154 billion, up 10% year over year as reported. Sales to AI and cloud customers increased 123%. TokenPost previously covered Nokia’s third-quarter results. The dividend is scheduled for payment Nov. 5.
