SLB Sets Q3 Results for Oct. 23 as CEO Projects Revenue Growth
CEO Olivier Le Peuch projected 3% to 4% sequential revenue growth and about 75 basis points of adjusted EBITDA margin expansion for the quarter.

SLB will release third-quarter results at 7 a.m. ET (11:00 UTC) Friday, Oct. 23, with a management call later that morning as investors assess the company’s outlook for revenue and margins.
The conference call is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. ET (13:30 UTC), two and a half hours after the release.
In July, SLB CEO Olivier Le Peuch projected sequential revenue growth of 3% to 4% for the third quarter and adjusted EBITDA margin expansion of about 75 basis points. Sequential growth compares revenue with the previous quarter.
SLB recorded second-quarter revenue of $8.972 billion, up 5% from a year earlier. Diluted earnings per share excluding charges and credits were $0.55, down 26%. Middle East conflict disrupted SLB’s second-quarter activity. SLB’s global revenue excluding ChampionX’s impact fell 5% year over year.
The year-earlier third quarter included two months of ChampionX activity. ChampionX contributed $579 million to SLB’s third-quarter 2025 revenue after the acquisition was completed in July 2025. SLB reported $8.928 billion in revenue and diluted EPS excluding charges and credits of $0.69 for that quarter.
The results are scheduled for release Friday, Oct. 23, ahead of the 9:30 a.m. ET (13:30 UTC) conference call.
