Wyndham Hotels & Resorts raised its 2026 earnings outlook after U.S. revenue per available room (RevPAR) advanced 6% in the third quarter. Reported adjusted EBITDA declined 3% year over year.

Wyndham is a hotel-franchising company with about 8,500 hotels in roughly 100 countries. It now forecasts adjusted diluted earnings of $4.84 to $4.92 per share for 2026, up from a prior range of $4.71 to $4.83.

The company raised its adjusted EBITDA outlook to $740 million to $745 million, with the previous range at $735 million to $745 million. Adjusted net income guidance increased to $363 million to $369 million from $355 million to $365 million.

Third-quarter net revenue increased 7% to $410 million from $382 million a year earlier. Net income was $99 million, down from $105 million. Adjusted EBITDA totaled $207 million, compared with $213 million in the year-earlier quarter. Adjusted diluted earnings per share was $1.43, versus $1.46.

On a comparable basis that adjusts for marketing-fund variability, adjusted EBITDA grew 5%, or $11 million. Marketing-fund revenue exceeded expenses by $1 million in the quarter, compared with a surplus of $18 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure and is distinct from net income.

U.S. RevPAR was $58.35, up 6%. International RevPAR was $41.79, down 3%, while global RevPAR reached $51.13, a 2% increase on a constant-currency basis.

Wyndham raised its full-year global RevPAR growth range to 0.5% to 1%, from 0% to 1%. Its room-growth outlook narrowed to about 4% from 4% to 4.5%, excluding room terminations associated with Revo Hospitality Group’s insolvency. The net-revenue forecast remains $1.48 billion to $1.50 billion.

The adjusted EBITDA outlook reflects the deferral of royalties and franchise fees from Revo and the effects of one-time variable-cost reductions made in 2025. Excluding those effects, Wyndham expects comparable-basis growth of about 6% to 7%. President and CEO Geoff Ballotti said, “We delivered broad-based U.S. RevPAR growth outperforming our initial expectations, as well as market share gains.”
