Lido DAO’s latest token disclosure is marked “Partial - 7 gaps,” but the public filing does not identify the gaps or say when they will be addressed.

The issuer-filed B2 v2.2 entry is dated Oct. 15 and marked current in the directory. The filing covers protocol operations, governance, LDO’s initial distribution and vesting, treasury holdings, and market activity. B2 filings are ongoing disclosures for mature token projects. The framework contained 213 disclosures as of Oct. 15: 117 filed by projects and 96 compiled from public information. Blockworks has also proposed optional disclosure agents to help prepare filings and maintain a dated public archive.

Lido’s filing describes a protocol where users deposit Ether (ETH) and receive stETH, a liquid token representing staked Ether and accrued rewards. Lido DAO’s governance token (LDO) holders vote through Aragon and Snapshot. The filing also includes details on allocation, vesting and treasury wallets, but the status label does not identify which information accounts for the gaps.

Lido DAO’s H1 2026 financials cover Jan. 1 through June 30. They show $15.94 million in net DAO revenue and $14.33 million in foundation expenses, leaving a $1.61 million operating surplus before nonrecurring items. A $6.06 million nonrecurring expense tied to the Kelp incident contributed to a $4.45 million total loss for the DAO and foundations.

Lido’s share of staked Ether declined from 23.93% at the start of H1 to 21.18% on June 30. Over the same period, its staking total value locked (TVL) rose from 8.74 million ETH to 9.13 million ETH. The figures show a lower share of staked Ether even as the amount held through Lido increased.

Neither the filing nor the H1 report provides a schedule for resolving the gaps or an update plan.
