Archax Adds Chainlink Data Streams to Price Tokenized Treasury Product

The integration is intended to support potential lending, collateral and treasury-management uses for $GOVY, backed by short-dated U.S. Treasury bills.

Archax adopted Chainlink Data Streams on Oct. 19 to provide pricing for $GOVY, its tokenized U.S. Treasury bill product, supporting potential onchain lending, collateral and treasury-management uses.

A current asset valuation can help lending software set borrowing limits and calculate loan-to-value ratios, which compare a loan amount with the value of its collateral. Data Streams lets applications request low-latency market data offchain when needed and verify it onchain. Archax framed lending and collateral as potential uses for the pricing data, without announcing when a market using $GOVY would begin.

The product gives eligible investors legally enforceable exposure to short-dated U.S. Treasury bills held one-to-one in regulated custody. Northern Trust is the custodian for the underlying securities. When a bill matures, it is automatically replaced with an equivalent short-dated security.

Eligible, whitelisted wallets can transfer $GOVY, and investors can receive the underlying tokenized bills. Subscriptions and redemptions using supported stablecoins are available 24/7/365.

“Institutions need more than a digital representation of an asset,” said Nick Donovan, Archax’s chief revenue officer.

A plan announced June 23 calls for distributing $GOVY in the United States to qualified purchasers through tZERO later in 2026. The plan remains subject to due diligence and final approval.
