Add as a preferred source on GoogleCboe Holds Its Fourth-Quarter 2026 Dividend at $0.86 Per Share
Shareholders on record Nov. 30 are scheduled to receive payment Dec. 15. The amount matches the third-quarter payout, which rose 19% in August.
Cboe Global Markets set its fourth-quarter 2026 cash distribution at $0.86 per share, leaving the payout at the level raised 19% for the third quarter in August.
The payment is scheduled for Dec. 15 and will go to shareholders listed on Nov. 30.
In August, the board increased the third-quarter dividend to $0.86 from $0.72 per share. The latest declaration carries that rate forward without another increase.
Cboe’s board also authorized up to $550 million in additional common-stock repurchases, expanding its share-repurchase authorization.
