AppFolio raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $1.122 billion to $1.127 billion after third-quarter revenue rose 19% year over year to $296 million.
The company forecast a full-year non-GAAP operating margin of 26.5% to 27.5%. In the third quarter, non-GAAP operating income equaled 27.3% of revenue, while GAAP operating income equaled 19.4%.
GAAP operating income increased 64% from a year earlier.
