Eligible ASMLB and NOKB holders will receive token allocations tied to reinvested dividends after a Binance balance snapshot, with conversions and token transfers paused around the eligibility cutoff.

Binance will use net dividends tied to ASML Holding (ASML) and Nokia (NOK) to acquire additional whole or fractional shares of the corresponding companies. Withholding taxes, fees and other costs will be deducted first; eligible users will receive the resulting allocation as ASMLB or NOKB tokens.

Balances at 8 p.m. ET Oct. 26 (00:00 UTC Oct. 27) will determine eligibility. Binance will pause 1:1 conversions between the shares and their matching bStocks tokens at 7:30 p.m. ET (23:30 UTC) Oct. 26. ASMLB and NOKB deposits and withdrawals will also stop at that time.

Trading in the ASMLB/USDT and NOKB/USDT pairs will continue during the pause. Binance plans to restore the suspended services after the distribution is complete.

The tokens are available only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions and do not provide direct ownership of ASML or Nokia shares. Binance previously outlined a similar dividend reinvestment for Micron-linked MUB holders.
