Boyd Gaming management is targeting $150 million in share repurchases per quarter. The company’s capital plans also include dividends and continued property investment, with leverage maintenance a focus during major development spending.

The planned Norfolk resort remains on track for a November 2027 opening.

During the third quarter of 2026, Boyd’s destination-focused Las Vegas business weakened, while local-customer activity and online and managed operations grew. Revenue was flat to down, and management expressed concern about near-term stabilization.

Further risks include renovation interruptions, higher airfares to Hawaii affecting Downtown visitation, inflation pressure on lower-end customers and continued weakness in Las Vegas destination traffic.
