PreussenElektra and Nvidia Assess Former Nuclear Sites for AI Data Centers

PreussenElektra, an E.ON unit, said Wednesday, Oct. 21, that it is working with Nvidia to evaluate whether former nuclear plant sites could host AI data centers.

Earlier U.S. nuclear projects involving Google, Amazon and Microsoft included plans to expand capacity and restart a reactor.
