Hyperscale Data Sets December 2026 AI Target, Repeats 2027 Outlook
The preliminary 2027 outlook covers data center, AI, financial services and portfolio businesses. The Michigan deployment was projected to require more than $100 million in investment over time.

Hyperscale Data Inc. set a December 2026 start target for its first Michigan AI compute phase while repeating its preliminary 2027 outlook, as shares closed up 34% on Oct. 23.
GPUS finished at $0.1689 at 4 p.m. ET (20:00 UTC), compared with $0.1260 at the previous close. Hyperscale Data expects the initial Michigan AI compute stage to be energized and start producing revenue in December 2026. Its Oct. 23 update did not give a capacity figure for that phase.
The date adds an operating milestone to the company’s Michigan move into AI infrastructure. The 2027 projection applies to the company’s consolidated businesses, rather than only its Michigan operation.
Hyperscale Data reiterated a preliminary revenue range of $300 million to $350 million and adjusted EBITDA of $60 million to $80 million for 2027. The projection combines its data-center, AI-infrastructure and robotics operations with lending, financial services and digital-asset activities, plus businesses within Ault Capital Group. Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure. The company said it could not provide a quantitative reconciliation to GAAP net income or loss.
A June-quarter filing projected more than $100 million in investment over time for the Michigan deployment. At the time of that filing, the company said available cash and other liquidity sources were not expected to cover its operating needs, obligations and planned capital spending during the 12 months after the filing. It said those conditions raised substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.
On Oct. 22, Hyperscale Data suspended its at-the-market stock offering after selling about 127.2 million shares for approximately $50.6 million in gross proceeds. The suspension was announced at 4:15 p.m. ET (20:15 UTC).
CEO William B. Horne said the company remained focused on “delivering contracted capacity, securing the resources needed for development and meeting the milestones that support our outlook.” Its stated next milestone is energizing the first Michigan phase and beginning revenue activity in December 2026.
