LeadDesk Teams With AMD and QuTwo to Develop European-Language AI
The project starts with Nordic languages and could support agent guidance, voice automation and conversation analysis.

LeadDesk, AMD’s Silo AI group and QuTwo announced Friday, Oct. 23, a project to develop conversational AI for European languages, beginning with Nordic languages and aimed at customer-service applications.
The planned system would combine open-weight models with QuTwo’s quantum-inspired compression technology and AMD computing. The approach is intended to let models run locally, with the models and infrastructure open to inspection and control. The partners are pursuing a sovereign-AI design that gives organizations visibility into the systems they use.
AMD’s Silo AI group will contribute engineering expertise and computing infrastructure. QuTwo will supply its model-compression technology. LeadDesk will bring its customer-service platform, conversational data and access to its customer base. The arrangement combines technical development with software and customer relationships in the service industry.
Possible functions include real-time guidance for customer-service agents, voice automation and conversation analysis. Potential settings include health care, financial services and the public sector. The applications span support for employees handling customer interactions and automated voice services, as well as analysis of conversations.
LeadDesk provides cloud software for customer service and sales. Its platform is used by more than 30,000 customer-service and sales professionals in a typical week. The company generated €39.4 million in group revenue in 2025, with the larger share coming from markets outside Finland.
The project begins with Nordic languages, while its stated scope covers conversational AI for European languages. LeadDesk CEO Olli Nokso-Koivisto described the company’s product direction: “Our vision is to build Europe’s most trusted AI-driven, voice-first customer interaction platform.”
