David’s Bridal Plans Public Listing for AI Wedding Platform Pearl
Pearl is valued at $350 million, with projections calling for more than $85 million in 2027 revenue.

David’s Bridal plans to take its Pearl AI wedding-planning platform public through a proposed merger with K&F Growth Acquisition Corp. II, setting out a path for the service to become a separate public company.
A nonbinding letter of intent outlines the proposed merger between Pearl and K&F Growth Acquisition Corp. II. Pearl is valued at $350 million.
Financial projections for Pearl call for revenue above $85 million in 2027, alongside growth of more than 100%. The projections also put EBITDA margins above 30% in 2026 and anticipate no debt following the transaction.
Under the proposed structure, Pearl would own David’s Bridal’s brand and intellectual property, then license those assets back to the stores. Long-term commercial agreements are intended to support both businesses and improve the customer experience.
