Second-quarter revenue climbed 62% to $4.70 billion, and the company lifted its 2026 revenue outlook to $20.5 billion.

Celestica will release third-quarter results after the U.S. market closes Monday, Oct. 26, with guidance calling for revenue of $5.25 billion to $5.55 billion after a 62% increase in second-quarter sales.
The company forecasts non-GAAP adjusted earnings of $2.88 to $3.08 per share for the quarter. It also projects a non-GAAP adjusted operating margin of 8.4% at the midpoint of its revenue and earnings guidance ranges.
In the third quarter of 2025, Celestica recorded revenue of $3.19 billion and non-GAAP adjusted earnings of $1.58 per share. Its current guidance sets the targets for the quarter due to be reported Monday.
The upcoming report follows a strong second quarter. Revenue reached $4.70 billion, up 62% from a year earlier, while non-GAAP adjusted earnings rose 83% to $2.54 per share. Both results exceeded the high end of the company’s guidance.
After the second-quarter results, Celestica raised its 2026 outlook to $20.5 billion in revenue and $11.30 in non-GAAP adjusted earnings per share. The company forecast year-over-year growth of 65% in revenue and 87% in adjusted earnings per share.
Celestica CEO Rob Mionis said the higher outlook reflected first-half performance, stronger customer forecasts for the second half and improved component supply. “Driven by our strong first-half performance, strengthening second half customer forecasts, and improved component supply, we are pleased to once again raise our 2026 annual outlook,” Mionis said.
The results call is scheduled for 8 a.m. ET (12:00 UTC) Tuesday, Oct. 27.
