Moneyfarm Rejects eToro Takeover Approach Valued at Up to €300 Million
People familiar with the discussions said Moneyfarm viewed the proposed valuation as too low. The firms already partner on a stocks-and-shares ISA for eToro customers in the U.K.

Moneyfarm rejected eToro’s approach to acquire the digital wealth manager after judging the proposed valuation too low, people familiar with the discussions said, as both companies maintain a U.K. investment partnership serving eToro customers.
The people valued the approach at €250 million to €300 million. They said Moneyfarm considered the proposed price insufficient.
Under the existing arrangement, eToro customers in the U.K. can open a stocks-and-shares ISA through its app. Moneyfarm provides the account’s technology, manages investment portfolios and handles customer relationships.
The companies announced the partnership in November 2025. The account gives eToro’s U.K. customers access to an investment product managed by Moneyfarm.
