Rogers Communications Inc. kept its 2026 free cash flow outlook within a range of $4.1 billion to $4.3 billion and is aiming to sell a minority interest in its consolidated sports and media assets during the first half of 2027.

Rogers plans to use proceeds from the sale to reduce debt and increase free cash flow. The sale plan follows the company’s acquisition of the remaining stake in MLSE.
