Macy's declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1915 per share for Jan. 4, maintaining its payout from the previous quarter and setting Dec. 15 as the eligibility cutoff.

Shareholders must be on record Dec. 15 to receive the payment. Dec. 15 also marks the ex-dividend date.
