Widgets & Web Announces AI-Operated Investor Relations Sites at $299 a Month

Widgets & Web announced Saturday, Oct. 24, that it is offering AI-operated investor relations websites for public companies at $299 a month, billed annually at $3,588, with filings and shareholder communications included.

AI designs, builds and maintains the sites. The sites combine live share-price data and SEC filing feeds with press releases, investor alerts, governance materials, presentations and event listings.

Hosting, security monitoring, maintenance and support are covered by the subscription; the offer lists no separate setup, design or change charges. IR365connect has a 12-month subscription term and can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. The offer provides a first website draft within 24 hours of sign-up, with each site on a dedicated subdomain managed by Widgets & Web.

Widgets & Web describes its operation as entirely AI-run with zero employees. Steve Yakubov, the company’s CEO and co-founder, said, “We build the entire IR site, keep every feed live around the clock.”

The $299 price and similar site features were already part of IR365connect earlier in October. The latest announcement’s distinguishing claim is that AI operates the service.
