Tron Inc. said it acquired 150,783 TRON (TRX) at an average price of $0.3316, bringing its reported treasury holdings above 720.2 million TRX as the Nasdaq-listed company continued its daily accumulation plan.

The company posted the update at 9:56 p.m. ET Friday, Oct. 23 (01:56 UTC Oct. 24). Tron Inc. trades on Nasdaq under the ticker TRON.

The purchase falls under a 360-day arrangement that began Jan. 22, 2026. The $18 million agreement with BiT Global Digital Limited provides for daily deliveries of $50,000 worth of TRX in USDT, with the token amount based on that day’s market price. Through June 30, 2026, about 25.35 million TRX had been acquired for $7.95 million under the arrangement.

The latest increase follows an Oct. 17 purchase of 148,607 TRX at an average price of $0.3365, which brought the company’s stated holdings above 719.2 million TRX.

TRX is the TRON network’s native governance token and is used primarily to pay transaction fees. Tron Inc.’s reported treasury total reflects the figure in its latest update.

Crypto With Gopal posted a one-hour chart analysis at 2:30 a.m. ET Saturday, Oct. 24 (06:30 UTC), placing TRX near $0.3301. The analyst marked $0.3315 to $0.3320 as resistance and $0.328 as support, and outlined $0.3350 to $0.3360 as a possible target if TRX moved above resistance.

An Oct. 14 prospectus supplement allows Tron Inc. to sell up to $200 million in common stock. The company intends to use net proceeds primarily for business growth, including additional TRX purchases, as well as working capital and general corporate purposes. The program does not require the company to sell shares or raise the full amount.
