Pfizer’s experimental pneumococcal vaccine candidate PF-07872412 produced an immune response to all 25 targeted serotypes in a Phase 2 study. The study evaluated a four-dose series.

PF-07872412 is a pediatric vaccine candidate. Safety and tolerability were also reported.
