Zymeworks Inc. presented Phase 1 dose-optimization data for ZW191 on Oct. 24, showing anti-tumor activity in heavily pretreated patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer; the drug targets folate receptor alpha (FRα).
ZW191 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate. The response-rate analysis focused on high-grade serous ovarian cancer.
