Frontier Medicines Reports 56% Response Rate in Phase 1 Lung Trial
The confirmed responses came in 10 of 18 evaluable patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer treated after chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

Frontier Medicines presented results from the Phase 1 monotherapy portion of its PROSPER trial at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress 2026 in Madrid. FMC-376 had a confirmed objective response rate of 56% — 10 of 18 response-evaluable patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
The patients received FMC-376 at 500 milligrams twice daily after chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The findings came from the trial’s Phase 1 monotherapy portion, also known as Phase 1A, rather than the full Phase 1/2 study.
