Stellar Philippines Announces $95,000 in Instawards for 19 Projects

Stellar Philippines announced $95,000 in Instawards for 19 projects, describing them as approved. The rules reserve final award decisions and funding commitments to SDF.

The announcement said nine projects had completed 30-day development sprints and 10 were preparing for a showcase scheduled for Oct. 8. The advertised event time was 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. ET (11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. UTC).

Instawards fund short, defined development work. Most accepted initial awards range from $1,000 to $5,000, and sprints generally last 30 days or less. Awards are paid in Stellar Lumens (XLM), with the dollar value calculated using the settlement price on the scheduled payment date.

Local chapter leads may refer projects but cannot commit SDF funding. Recipients must complete KYC and agree to a project plan before payment, so the announced $95,000 is an award value and does not establish that the funds have been disbursed.
