Neutral Trade plans to sell TMX tokens assigned to its TermMax private credit vault through KuCoin. The allocation is calculated using a $60 million fully diluted valuation (FDV), with sale proceeds distributed to depositors in proportion to their positions in a Sept. 25, 2025, snapshot.

Neutral Trade is a Solana ecosystem platform for sharing quantitative strategies. The distribution plan follows a delay in the TermMax token launch and renegotiated yield terms for the vault.

Distribution is scheduled to begin this week. The timetable sets a 50% release one month after launch, followed by four weekly installments of 12.5% each. Together, those releases account for the full allocation.
