Goldenway Japan to Adopt ＧＷ証券株式会社 as Its Name on Sunday, Nov. 1

Goldenway Japan Co., Ltd. will adopt the legal name ＧＷ証券株式会社 on Sunday, Nov. 1, in Japan, while keeping FXTF services and existing client contract terms unchanged.

Registration of the name change is expected to be completed by Dec. 1. The company gave no reason for the change.

Goldenway Japan will keep its current location, contact details and website address. Account-opening documents are scheduled to show both names starting Friday, Oct. 30.

Customers should continue directing deposits to accounts under the Goldenway Japan name after Nov. 1 while banks update their records. The update process is expected to take about a month.

FXTF offers foreign-exchange trading and contracts for difference (CFDs), including crypto CFDs tied to Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH). It had more than 280,000 client accounts in June.
