Aurelion, Bitget and Reality Partner to Tokenize Nasdaq-Listed Shares
Reality plans to back each rAURE token with one AURE share held in custody. Bitget would be its primary trading venue.

Nasdaq-listed Aurelion has partnered with crypto exchange Bitget and its tokenization platform Reality on a plan to issue a digital version of its shares for trading on a crypto platform.
Reality plans to issue rAURE, with each token backed by one Aurelion share held in custody. Bitget would be the token’s primary trading venue after launch. Aurelion’s shares trade on Nasdaq under the ticker AURE.
Aurelion holds Tether Gold (XAUT) as its principal reserve asset. The proposed token would be backed by Aurelion shares, rather than by the company’s gold holdings. That distinction matters because rAURE would be linked to a publicly traded company whose treasury strategy centers on tokenized gold.
Bitget plans to offer rAURE trading after launch.
