Wedbush Securities sees export permits, mix and pricing as factors in how far AXT, Inc. (AXTI) could exceed Wall Street's third-quarter estimates when the company reports Thursday, Oct. 29.

AXT, a maker of compound semiconductor substrates, has given a revenue outlook of roughly $66 million for the third quarter of 2026. That figure covers revenue from shipments it can make under export permits.

The permit limit sets the scope of the company's outlook, while mix and pricing are also part of Wedbush's assessment of a potential estimate beat. AXT is scheduled to release its third-quarter results Thursday, Oct. 29.
