Robinhood Shareholders Face Oct. 26 Deadline for Earnings Questions
Robinhood plans to release third-quarter 2026 results after Tuesday’s U.S. market close and hold an earnings call at 5 p.m. ET (21:00 UTC).

Robinhood Markets shareholders have until 5 p.m. ET (21:00 UTC) Monday, Oct. 26, to submit and upvote questions for management ahead of the company’s third-quarter 2026 earnings call.
Robinhood plans to release its results after the U.S. stock market closes Tuesday, Oct. 27. The earnings call is scheduled for 5 p.m. ET (21:00 UTC) that day.
Binance’s HOODUSDT equity perpetual contract tracks the price of Robinhood Markets common stock, settles in Tether (USDT) and trades 24 hours a day. It is a separate instrument from Robinhood’s Nasdaq-listed shares.
That distinction matters around an after-market earnings release. The contract can trade outside U.S. stock market hours, but a quote for HOODUSDT is not a share price. Analyst price targets for Robinhood shares are likewise not targets for the contract.
The shareholder question window closes Monday at 5 p.m. ET. Robinhood’s planned results release and earnings call follow Tuesday.
