Rubrik posted $427.3 million in revenue for fiscal second-quarter 2027, a 38% increase from the same period a year earlier. The quarter ended July 31, 2026, and the company released its results Aug. 27.
Subscription annual recurring revenue reached $1.66 billion as of July 31, up 33% year over year. Free cash flow was $65.7 million, compared with $57.5 million in the year-ago quarter.
Rubrik projected fiscal third-quarter revenue of $429 million to $431 million. Its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook is $1.685 billion to $1.693 billion.
