Anthropic IPO Puts $1.5 Trillion to $1.75 Trillion Valuation in Focus
Third-quarter revenue reached $16.8 billion, and Anthropic may list after the Nov. 3 midterms and before Thanksgiving.

Anthropic made its IPO prospectus public Monday, advancing its planned U.S. listing as existing investors place the company’s potential valuation between $1.5 trillion and $1.75 trillion. The range is below expectations above $2 trillion from some investors.
Anthropic’s last private funding round, in May, valued the company at about $965 billion. The estimated IPO range would put the offering well above that prior private-market figure.
Third-quarter revenue reached $16.8 billion, up nearly 50% from the second quarter, and Anthropic recorded an adjusted profit. Those results provide a financial snapshot as the AI company prepares for a public offering. The potential valuation would put the listing among the AI sector’s largest.
Anthropic may list after the Nov. 3 U.S. midterm election and before Thanksgiving on Nov. 26. Neither the final valuation nor the listing date has been determined.
