Anthropic Makes IPO Filing Public, Seeks Nasdaq Listing Under ANT
Anthropic posted $16.286 billion in first-half revenue, but the filing sets neither an offering price nor a share count.

Anthropic filed its IPO registration statement publicly Monday, advancing a proposed Nasdaq listing for the Claude maker and disclosing financial results for prospective investors in the United States.
The company applied to list Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under ANT. Its preliminary prospectus leaves the offering’s share count and price blank; shares cannot be sold until the registration statement takes effect.
Revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026, was $16.286 billion, up from $1.163 billion in the same period of 2025. Anthropic posted an $80.748 billion net loss for the first half, including a $72.388 billion loss from changes in the fair value of convertible notes, derivative liabilities and simple agreements for future equity. Its operating loss was $693 million.
The public filing follows Anthropic’s June 1 confidential draft submission to the SEC. The proposed offering remains subject to market conditions and other factors, and the filing provides no debut date.
