Anthropic S-1 Lists $131.651 Billion in Cash and Short-Term Investments

Anthropic’s Oct. 26 Form S-1 lists $131.651 billion in cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments as of June 30, 2026, alongside 2025 compensation figures for its CEO and CFO.

The balance comprised $112.389 billion in cash and cash equivalents and $19.262 billion in short-term investments.

The filing lists reported total compensation of $17.96 million for CEO Dario Amodei and $720,250 for CFO Krishna Rao in 2025. Amodei’s total was nearly 25 times Rao’s. The filing describes Amodei’s figure as total compensation, rather than specifying it as cash received.

The S-1 also gives Rao’s compensation and the company’s June 30 cash and investment balance.
