Bank of Hawaii Corporation declared a $0.2735 quarterly dividend for its 4.375% depositary preferred shares, Series A, which trade under BOH.PR.A, with payment scheduled for Nov. 2.

Shareholders of record Oct. 16 are eligible for the payment. Oct. 16 was also the ex-dividend date.
