Business First Bancshares, Inc. (BFST) announced Oct. 26 that its board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on Oct. 22, setting a Nov. 15 record date.

The dividend is due Nov. 30, or as soon thereafter as practicable. Shareholders of record on Nov. 15 are eligible for the payment.
