Anthropic Files for Nasdaq IPO as First-Half Revenue Grows 14-Fold
The company reported $16.29 billion in first-half revenue and an $80.7 billion net loss, most of it tied to noncash fair-value changes.

Anthropic has filed to go public on Nasdaq under the proposed ticker ANT, giving investors a first look at the AI developer’s fast-growing revenue and steep first-half accounting loss.
The company reported $16.29 billion in revenue for the first six months of 2026, up from $1.16 billion in the same period a year earlier, a roughly 14-fold increase. Anthropic also recorded a net loss of $80.7 billion for the half.
About $72.4 billion of the net loss came from fair-value changes to convertible notes, derivative liabilities and simple agreements for future equity, or SAFEs. Those adjustments are noncash accounting entries and do not represent equivalent cash spending. Anthropic’s operating loss was $693 million in the first half.
Anthropic said Monday it had publicly filed a registration statement with the SEC and plans to list Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market as ANT. The filing is not yet effective, and the company has not set an offering size or price range.
