Ondo Finance plans to open direct subscriptions for a tokenized note tied to OpenAI during the week of Nov. 2, giving its private clients a way to subscribe while secondary-market trading continues.
The note provides tokenized exposure to OpenAI's private-company value without giving holders the underlying shares. It is also listed for 24/7 spot trading against USDC on Ondo Perps, where investors can trade it on the secondary market.
OpenAI's listing timeline is expected in 2027. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman ruled out a 2026 IPO last month, citing AI safety.
