PrimeRevenue Announces Solana Tokenization of Electronic Time Drafts
Its platform serves 50,000 companies and more than 100 funding partners; access for eligible on-chain investors is a longer-term goal.

PrimeRevenue announced Oct. 26 that it is tokenizing its Electronic Time Drafts (ETDs) on Solana, aiming to connect the company's funding partners with on-chain capital markets.
An ETD represents a buyer's obligation to pay a specified amount on a future date. The shared digital record is designed to track issuance, transfers and other lifecycle events, along with settlement when the draft matures.
PrimeRevenue's working-capital platform serves 50,000 companies and has more than 100 funding partners. It facilitates over $300 billion in annual payment transactions, a platform-wide figure; no separate ETD tokenization volume was disclosed.
Access for eligible on-chain investors is a longer-term goal. PrimeRevenue also sees potential to bring other working-capital instruments on-chain.
