Rambus projected fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $227 million to $233 million on Monday, following record quarterly revenue and product sales. The chip and intellectual property supplier also forecast GAAP diluted earnings of 68 cents to 76 cents per share.

The company expects product revenue of $127 million to $133 million. At the midpoint, management said, that range would represent growth of 34% from a year earlier and 14% from the third quarter.

Rambus posted third-quarter revenue of $218.3 million, up 22% year over year. Product revenue set a record at $114.3 million, also rising 22% from a year earlier and 15% sequentially.

CEO Luc Seraphin said newer generations of RCD products account for most of the current product growth, while companion chips are gaining adoption. He said demand is strengthening into 2027. MRDIMM shipments so far have been for qualification and preproduction, Seraphin said; the AMD platform has started ramping but remains at an early stage.
