Boost Run announced Oct. 26 that an initial stage of an AI infrastructure project had been delivered, while its 2026 project financing total passed $600 million across multiple efforts.

The Nasdaq-listed AI infrastructure company did not name the AI research and product company receiving the delivery or disclose its GPU count. Boost Run described May agreements covering NVIDIA B300 GPUs, network storage and CPU services.

A separate May 21 deal with Thinking Machines Lab Inc. covers 5,000 B300 GPUs and approximately $471.7 million in contract value over an initial 36-month term. Boost Run has not connected the delivered phase to that contract.

The company characterized its financing as non-dilutive and supported by customer prepayments and operating cash flow. It did not identify lenders or provide financing terms.

“Customer payments exceed our debt payments every month,” Boost Run founder and CEO Andrew Karos said. The company expects deployed colocation capacity to reach about 40 megawatts by the end of 2026.
