Valmont Industries Inc.'s board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.77 per share on Monday, keeping the payout at its previous-quarter level and setting Jan. 15, 2027, as the payment date.

Shareholders must be of record Dec. 24, 2026, to qualify for the distribution. The company set that date as the record date.
