Galaxy Digital Inc. posted $322.8 million in net income for the third quarter of 2026, reversing a second-quarter loss and lifting adjusted EBITDA to $454.7 million for the period ended Sept. 30, 2026.

Net income compared with an $85.3 million loss in the second quarter and $505.1 million in the year-earlier quarter. Diluted earnings per share was 66 cents, while adjusted earnings per share was 83 cents. Galaxy had scheduled the release for before Nasdaq opened Tuesday, Oct. 27.

Adjusted gross profit, a non-GAAP measure, totaled $569.3 million. Treasury & Corporate contributed $418.9 million, Digital Assets added $71.3 million and Data Centers contributed $79.1 million. Adjusted EBITDA, also a non-GAAP measure, compared with a $77.3 million loss in the second quarter.

Galaxy’s digital-asset trading volumes rose 12% from the prior quarter even as broader spot-market volumes declined. Data Centers adjusted EBITDA climbed from $11.5 million in the second quarter to $68.7 million in the third. Galaxy’s businesses include digital-asset services and data-center infrastructure; the company said its data centers support artificial intelligence and high-performance computing workloads.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer Mike Novogratz said, “The progress we're making across both businesses is strengthening and diversifying our earnings profile, while positioning Galaxy to capitalize on substantial growth opportunities.” Galaxy described the results as preliminary and said final financial statements could change after routine quarterly accounting procedures.

Galaxy’s board authorized another $200 million share-repurchase program on Oct. 26. The company said it had bought back about 9.8 million shares before completing the earlier authorization on Oct. 15.

The results follow Galaxy’s previously announced Oct. 27 earnings date.
