AudioEye lifted its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook Monday, Oct. 26, after reporting higher third-quarter revenue and a swing to GAAP net income, raising its full-year target for the digital accessibility company.

The company now expects adjusted EBITDA of $13.4 million to $13.6 million for 2026, up from its previous forecast of at least $12.7 million. It also narrowed its full-year revenue guidance to $43.6 million to $43.8 million. In August, AudioEye forecast an annualized adjusted EBITDA run rate above $15 million by year-end.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 increased 7% to $10.963 million from $10.227 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA rose 58% to $3.886 million from $2.453 million. AudioEye forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $11.4 million to $11.6 million and adjusted EBITDA of $4.2 million to $4.4 million. Separately, the company projected a fourth-quarter annualized adjusted EBITDA run rate above $17 million. CEO Kelly Georgevich said AudioEye expects “over $17 million of annualized adjusted EBITDA in the fourth quarter.” The quarterly EBITDA range annualizes to $16.8 million to $17.6 million, but AudioEye did not explain how that calculation relates to its separate run-rate projection.

AudioEye recorded GAAP net income of $990,000, or 8 cents per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $554,000 a year earlier. Operating expenses fell 5% to $7.837 million. The company attributed the decrease mainly to lower sales and marketing costs and AI efficiencies that reduced research and development expenses. Gross margin rose to 83% from 77%, and adjusted gross margin increased to 88% from 83%.

On Oct. 8, AudioEye launched Agentic Audits and the AudioEye SDK MCP. The company said Agentic Audits can identify up to 50% more high-severity accessibility issues than automation alone. AudioEye did not quantify expected revenue or adjusted EBITDA contributions from the new products.

Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure. AudioEye cautions that it should not replace GAAP results and is not a measure of liquidity or free cash flow. The revised outlook follows earlier coverage of AudioEye’s third-quarter results.
