Pinnacle Financial Partners’ board approved a cash dividend of $0.50 for each share of common stock on Oct. 26. The company set Nov. 27 as the payment date and Nov. 6 as the date shareholders must be on record to receive it.

The per-share payout is unchanged from the dividend approved in July, which was scheduled for payment Aug. 28.
