TransUnion lifted its quarterly dividend 8% and expanded its share repurchase authorization to $2 billion, while third-quarter revenue rose 12% from the same quarter last year.

The board approved the changes Oct. 26. It added $1 billion to the amount authorized for share repurchases, bringing the total authorization to $2 billion.

The quarterly dividend is now $0.135 per share, up from $0.125. TransUnion repurchased about $243 million in shares through September and expected total repurchases of up to $500 million for 2026.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 reached $1.312 billion. “We believe our growth momentum, increasing cash flow and strong balance sheet support an accelerated pace of capital return to shareholders in the near term,” TransUnion President and CEO Chris Cartwright said.

Shareholders recorded Nov. 10 qualify for the new dividend, which is scheduled for payment Nov. 25.
