BC Game on Tuesday, Oct. 27, presented Ali “Ako” Muhanned as chief executive and outlined monthly player sessions plus a path for unresolved complaints to be elevated to a team that reports to the CEO.

The company plans open sessions each month, a complaint escalation process and regular public reports on recurring player concerns. It has not announced when the complaint route or reports will begin or provided details on how they will operate.

“Players deserve clear answers, proper follow-through and a company that takes their experience seriously,” Muhanned said.

BC Game named Kar Kheng Giam chief executive of its online platform March 25. BC.Game Esports identified Muhanned as its CEO on Oct. 7. The relationship between those titles and the timing of Muhanned’s platform leadership remain unspecified.

His first live session is scheduled for Nov. 7. No time has been announced.
