ServiceNow and Google Cloud Open Three Gemini Workflow Integrations
Retail, customer relationship management and IT connections are generally available to mutual customers; a telecommunications integration is expected to reach general availability in early 2027.

ServiceNow and Google Cloud made three enterprise workflow integrations available to shared customers Tuesday, Oct. 27, connecting retail, customer relationship management and IT tasks to Gemini Enterprise through ServiceNow’s Action Fabric.
Retail teams can report and diagnose equipment problems, and ServiceNow Field Service Management can alert and dispatch repair technicians. The customer relationship management integration covers deals, notes, configurations and quotes. IT functions include incident triage, change-risk assessment and employee self-service.
Action Fabric connects the workflows to Gemini Enterprise through Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and Agent2Agent (A2A) connectivity. ServiceNow plans to offer the connectors as plugins in Google Cloud Marketplace, alongside joint demonstrations and reference architectures.
The expanded partnership follows earlier joint AI work announced April 22 across 5G networking, retail and IT. Some of those offerings were in preview or pilot, with general availability targeted later in 2026.
On May 5, ServiceNow described Action Fabric as a way for AI agents to access governed enterprise actions through its MCP server. The company named Anthropic as the framework’s first launch partner.
“Conversational AI is only as useful as the action it drives, and ServiceNow’s partnership with Google Cloud is turning that conversation into work that gets done,” said John Aisien, senior vice president, Central Product Management, at ServiceNow.
A telecommunications integration is expected to become generally available in early 2027.
