TradingView Says Paid Script Sellers and Users Will See No Change Nov. 1
More than 1,500 script authors contacted the company. Revised terms are planned for the following week and are expected to allow sales through creators’ websites or trading courses.

TradingView said Oct. 27 that sellers and users of paid, invite-only scripts will see no change on Nov. 1, when a Marketplace-only policy had been scheduled to take effect. The company is preparing revised terms, leaving its published rules unchanged for now.
More than 1,500 script authors contacted TradingView about the transition. Nov. 1 will close the window for vendors to submit transition requests, and the company plans to publish revised terms and an FAQ the following week. TradingView says the new terms will let creators sell indicators through their own websites or as part of trading courses.
“Nothing will change on November 1 for you or your users,” TradingView said.
The published Terms of Use still say invite-only scripts may be used only for noncommercial purposes and scripts used commercially must be distributed through the Marketplace. The terms list possible penalties after Nov. 1, including blocking access or removing scripts.
Under the earlier plan, customers who paid before Nov. 1 could keep access for the period they purchased, including lifetime access. Vendors could not accept outside payments to renew or extend access. TradingView has not said whether those protections will continue under the revised terms.
