Oracle Investor Day Follows $19.9 Billion Share Issuance
Oracle also disclosed $288 billion in additional lease commitments, almost all connected to data center arrangements, and more than $30 billion in new AI cloud contracts.

Oracle will hold its Investor Day at 11:55 a.m. ET Wednesday after reporting $19.9 billion in proceeds from a share program and disclosing $288 billion in additional lease commitments tied mostly to data centers.
For the quarter ended Aug. 31, Oracle reported $664 billion in remaining performance obligations, alongside more than $30 billion in additional AI cloud contracts. The figures describe separate measures; the $664 billion is not identified as entirely AI-related.
Oracle said the structure of the new AI contracts had “no incremental impact on its plans to raise capital.”
Almost all of the additional lease commitments related to data center arrangements. The leases generally were expected to start between fiscal 2027’s second quarter and fiscal 2029, and run for 15 to 19 years. Oracle had not included the commitments on its balance sheet as of Aug. 31.
During the three-month period through Aug. 31, Oracle issued 141 million shares through its at-the-market program, raising $19.9 billion in net proceeds. The company used the program in full.
In June, Oracle said it expected to raise about $40 billion in fiscal 2027 through debt and equity, including a previously announced $20 billion at-the-market issuance. It also said it did not expect to issue additional debt in calendar 2026.
The Investor Day is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 11:55 a.m. ET (15:55 UTC).
