Anchorage Digital has expanded its partnership with Bitso, adding custody for Mexican peso stablecoin (MXNB) across six blockchain networks as Bitso adds two U.S. dollar stablecoins to its app.

Anchorage Digital Bank now provides custody for MXNB on Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche and Arc.

Bitso also added Western Union’s U.S. dollar stablecoin (USDPT) and Tether’s U.S. dollar stablecoin (USAT). Anchorage Digital Bank issues both tokens and holds them in custody.

Users in Mexico can buy and sell USDPT with pesos through the Bitso app. Western Union agents with Bitso Business accounts can exchange USDPT for or from other supported currencies.

Bitso previously made MXNB available through its Bóvedas lending feature, where customers can supply the token to Morpho vaults.
